What we collect

When you contact us through Meetup, LINE, WhatsApp or email, or book a hike, camp, retreat or membership, we receive the information you send us: usually your name, your contact details (LINE name, WhatsApp number or email address) and your messages. We do not see or store card details.

How we use it

• To organize the events you join and to communicate with you about them
• To answer your questions on LINE, WhatsApp or email
• To send practical trip information such as the meeting point, weather updates and what to bring

We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

• Meetup for event listings and RSVPs
• LINE and WhatsApp for messaging
• Vercel to host this website, including Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous visit statistics, which does not use cookies

Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing ugur2020ugur@gmail.com.

Terms & Booking Policy

Bookings & payment

You can reserve through LINE, WhatsApp, email or Meetup. Your spot is confirmed once we confirm the booking with you and, for paid events, payment has been made by the method we tell you when you book. Circle Pass membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled any time before the next billing date, with no long-term contract.

Cancellation & refunds

• Cancel 3 or more days before the event: full refund (minus any transfer fee)
• Cancel 2 days or less before the event: no refund
• Severe weather or a typhoon warning: we reschedule, or offer a full refund or a transfer to another date

Assumption of risk

Hiking, camping and other outdoor activities carry inherent physical risk. By joining, you confirm that you are physically able to take part at the stated difficulty level and that you will follow your guide's safety instructions.

Meetup・LINE・WhatsApp・メールでのお問い合わせや、ハイキング・キャンプ・リトリート・メンバーシップのお申し込みの際に、お名前・連絡先（LINE名、WhatsApp番号、メールアドレス）・メッセージの内容をお預かりします。カード情報を当方で閲覧・保存することはありません。

お預かりした情報は、イベントの運営とご連絡、ご質問への回答、集合場所・天候・持ち物などのご案内にのみ使用し、第三者に販売することはありません。イベント掲載にMeetup、連絡にLINE・WhatsApp、サイトの公開とCookieを使わないアクセス解析にVercel（Vercel Web Analytics）を利用しています。

ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・削除をご希望の場合は、ugur2020ugur@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

利用規約・予約規定

• ご予約はLINE・WhatsApp・メール・Meetupで受け付けます。当方からのご予約確認と、有料イベントの場合はご予約時にご案内する方法でのお支払いをもって確定となります。
• サークルパス（月額メンバーシップ）は毎月の請求で、次回請求日の前までいつでも解約でき、長期契約はありません。
• キャンセル：開催3日前まで全額返金（振込手数料を除く）。開催2日前以降は返金いたしかねます。
• 荒天・台風警報の場合：日程の振替、または全額返金・別日程への変更で対応します。
• ハイキング・キャンプなどの野外活動には身体的な危険が伴います。ご参加にあたり、表示された難易度で参加できる体調であること、ガイドの安全上の指示に従うことにご同意いただきます。
